🦋 Looking to find a sense of inner peace and relief from anxiety?

🫶🏽 Come together with like-minded people in a confidential small group setting to learn practical somatic (body-based) tools for supporting your nervous system.

🤲🏾 Learn what has contributed to your anxiety, and find relief from common symptoms such as insomnia, hypervigilance, tension, and irritability. We will share in circle, do somatic activities together and reflect, and talk about how we the nervous system states. This group is for you and we will all decide what we want to explore together for the next week.

✨Why am I creating this group? Im Andree, a registered counsellor and somatic therapist in south Surrey, and I’m currently in practicum-mode for my certification as a clinical somatic educator — I’m looking to share this information with people who can benefit from learning about the nervous system and somatic techniques for self-care.
