In this group, you'll learn about transformation utilizing the wisdom of the body. The group will include a check in, an overview of Somatics, connection with others interested in this work, and practices to increase your Somatic (body-based) awareness. You will come away with practices to support your growth and opportunities to engage more with Somatics. No need to bring anything, just show up and I'll guide you through the rest. My style is warm and welcoming, and all practices can be done standing, sitting down, or even lying down if needed.
