Somatic Vibe Tribe is a monthly group coaching experience designed for people who are ready for growth, clarity, and meaningful change.

This space blends life coaching with somatic awareness, helping you understand yourself on both a mental and physical level—so you can move forward in a way that feels more natural, grounded, and aligned.

What This Is
This is where group life coaching meets somatic mind body integration.
Each session explores a specific growth-focused theme, combining:

  • practical mindset insights (positive psychology)
  • body awareness (what you’re feeling beneath the surface)
  • and simple, supportive practices you can take into your life

Together, this creates a more complete way of working through what you’re experiencing—not just thinking about it, but actually feeling and integrating it.

What Happens In A Session
Each meetup is relaxed, supportive, and focused on growth and possibility.

Sessions may include:

  • a short teaching based on one of the monthly themes
  • guided somatic meditation or body awareness
  • breathwork or grounding practices
  • reflection or journaling prompts
