Cacao, Breathwork, and Soundbath

Step into a sacred evening woven with intention, sisterhood, and soul nourishment. This women’s ceremony invites you to journey inward through the heart-opening spirit of ceremonial cacao, the liberating rhythm of the breath, and the soothing waves of sound.

We’ll begin by grounding into presence and honor a cup of ceremonial cacao—crafted with love and prayer—to awaken the heart and invite a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the women around you.

From there, you’ll be guided into a breathwork practice that gently dissolves tension, clears energetic stagnation, and opens pathways for life force to move freely once again.

Later, you’ll be invited to rest back and receive a meditative sound bath—an immersive experience of vibration and frequency that encourages integration and deep nervous system restoration.

Come as you are. Bring your softness, your wildness, your tears, and your joy. Together, we’ll create a sanctuary of feminine medicine—where breath, sound, and cacao become the language of the heart.

Ceremonies will be held at The Hive, our retreat space in Sparta just 15–20 minutes north of GR, and you’re invited to stay after hours for community integration with a light meal, sauna and hot + cold tubs.

These ceremonies offer a way home—back to yourself, your body, and the deep knowing that lives within you.
