Spring equinox Walk

Casual meetup at Kendrick Lake to enjoy the beginning of a new season & meet some new friends. We will start at the picnic area, then take a walk around the beautiful lake to connect with the water element, grounding with movement and presence along the way.

Bring your own snacks/water, and comfortable shoes that you can remove to feel the earth if you like. Fyi- this is an open meetup for anyone who enjoys movement & nature, not limited to women circle.
