Somatic Story, The Ugly Duckling

This Somatic Story, myth as medicine workshop will explore the archetypal patterns of the outcast, and of wholeness, the ugly duckling and the beautiful swan. A deeply integrating and meaningful exploration of acceptance and inclusion. Working with a depth psychology orientation, this workshop enters inner awareness and strengthening through creative expression, systemic constellations and embodied exercises.
