Motion Blur and Open

Competition. Topic “Motion Blur” and “Open”. Each member can submit upto 3 pictures for each topic. Pictures are critiqued by a judge. Need to be a member of photo club to be able to submit pictures for competition. Non members are welcome to watch the competition.
