Transforming Difficult Conversations into Meaningful Dialogue
Difficult conversations are often avoided; not because they don’t matter, but because we’ve never been shown how to navigate them effectively.
Attendees will learn how to approach these moments with clarity and confidence, shifting from avoidance or defensiveness to open, productive dialogue.
Participants will:
· Learn how to share facts and tell their story in a way that reduces defensiveness
· Practice how to invite others’ perspectives to move from debate to dialogue
· Explore how to speak with openness and curiosity to keep conversations constructive and solutions-focusedAs always, everyone will have a chance to introduce themselves to the group, so be sure to bring your 30-second pitch to share.
