Reflective Gathering

Each session explores a different theme, which we explore through meditation, discussions, readings, music and contemplation.

This session we will explore the theme of 'Communication'.
What does it mean to listen? In a world more connected than ever, how has communication changed?

These are the kinds of questions we will explore together.

There is no religious or spiritual requirement to attend. Whether you're curious, practicing or simply looking for a place to pause -
all are welcome here.

• 5:45 - 6pm Arrivals and Refreshments
  Teas, coffees, biscuits and sweet treats.
  We will provide vegan and gluten free options, but if you have any specific dietary requirements please let us know ahead of time and we will ensure there is something for you.
• 6pm Session begins
  If you will arrive after 6pm please call or text 07936350106 and someone will come and greet you at the door and bring you to the session.
