We would like to invite you to our creative happy hour at Back doors bar!
This after-work social is all about discovering your creativity while enjoying great company in one of Prague’s most unique hidden cocktail bars. You’ll design your own custom cocktail coaster and Backdoors' talented bartenders will do their magic and craft a drink inspired by your creation!
The creativity does not stop there as we will also have a button maker station under guidance of collage artist Alzbeta Tvori and for those looking for a little insight into the unknown, there will be the possibility to get tarot readings by Monica Mills.
More than anything creativity is always an excuse to pass a good time meeting new people and sharing a good time. This event is above all a social event, get ready for some creative slow friending!

Something New is excited to collaborate again with Averil Huck from Prague Feminist Tours! Our "WALK & TALK" event comes back for a 2nd edition where you will learn while meeting like-minded people!
Join Averil Huck from Feminist Tours for a guided tour to remember nine women who are resting in power in Prague's largest graveyard: Olšany Cemeteries.
What to expext from the tour?
A 1.5h walk in Prague's largest graveyard, Olšany Cemeteries, to honour the memories of 9 remarkable and lesser-known women laid to rest there. Among them are pioneers of Czech women’s emancipation, like Karolína Světlá & Eliška Krásnohorská, fascinating figures like the “Czech Coco Chanel” or Anna Náprstková, a successful entrepreneur. I'll also tell you the poignant story of a mother, Libuše Palachová, who fought to preserve her son’s memory, Jan Palach, after his tragic self-immolation in protest of the 1968 Soviet invasion.We’ll also make sure that participants get a chance to speak one on one as we’ll incorporate some speed friending into the tour. After the tour you can still join in for coffee together to end the event together.
Event is completely solo-friendly! Join alone and meet people on the spot or bring a friend and share the fun.

In an effort for community building we are doing The Wednesday Club once a month great venues such as KONTAKT BAR and LE VALMONT, amazing hidden cocktail bars in the heart of Prague, opening their doors exclusively to you for this event. This event is perfect for a night out if you want to meet some new people. You will be able to spend some one-on-one time with each of them, meet friends for life or just to have some interesting encounters.Everyone is welcome as there are no age restrictions for this event.
Each round will take 5 minutes and then a bell will ring and it's time to move on to the next person to discover.Not only will you leave with new friends but there are also some opportunities to win prizes. But for that you’ll have to come discover the event for yourself…

Somethingnew feat. Tuftingprague! Join us for a thursday evening of tufting!
Tufting is a rug making technique where we use a machine called a tufting gun to shoot yarn into fabric. It is a very fast and effective way to make rugs and other creations. It is very user friendly and above all extremely fun!
In this event you will learn the tufting basics and then get started right away on your first project, a 25x25 mini rug with a design of your choice!
The event is also solo friendly, so you can just join alone and meet people on the spot. Or bring a friend and share the fun!
