Morning Run / Walk Cypress Creek Canal

This is for all levels. This is a Walk and/ or jog along Cypress Creek Canal heading West From Tamarac Veterans Park. This is at your own pace and is a down and back. You can go as long or short as you like.
We will meet at a little before 6:30 AM for a meet and greet. Then start at 6:30 AM.

You should bring enough water , snacks ands proper shoes for walking or jogging. Hope to see you out there.
