Join Song Breath Health for an immersive sound bathing experience where we explore the healing power of encouragement. This session will focus on sharing stories, group singing, and breathing techniques to enhance our connection to ourselves and others.

Roxanne Goodman will share stories, sing original songs and invite the audience to sing well known sing-along songs, while John Dapaah accompanies and supports us fabulously on the grand piano.
Whether you are a seasoned singer or a beginner, all are welcome to participate in this soothing and inspirational evening.
