Shamanic Journey Circle: Meet Your Power Animal

Welcome to the Shamanic Journeying & Healing Circle at the Energy Wave Center in Sebastopol! We will meet on Monday May 18th from 6-8pm. This is a supportive, heart-centered, safe space, to explore shamanic journeying and personal growth. We will start with an opening group welcome, call in the directions, introductions, and a Reiki Drum Healing session. You will be guided in a relaxation meditation, and then we will journey with the sacred drum, to meet your Power Animal! We will work with grounding, breathwork, shamanic tools, visualization skills, intuitive senses, and reiki. Join with us, and journey to non-ordinary reality, to connect with your Power Animal and it's special gifts!
