Songdo English Club

English Club is an informal group of foreigners and Koreans practicing English freetalking.

We meet at a classroom at Space Haven, Central Park Station Exit 2 (Artforet 3F).

• English Club meets weekly on Saturdays for about 1 hour.
• Max 4-5 people per group.
• It is a free group, with voluntary donations for things like snacks, etc.
• English Club is not a formal class! (Separate paid tutoring available).
• Open to adults aged 19 and up. Minors must use paid tutoring.
• Fun freetalking topics vary weekly, chosen by the group leader.
• All members will take turns speaking, listening, asking questions and reciting.
• Member English levels should be sufficient to hold basic conversations.

Members should be able to answer the following:

1. 1️⃣ Please share a bit about yourself.
2. 2️⃣ What do you like to do in your free time?
3. 3️⃣ Why do you want to speak/practice English?

• Before joining, members should complete a brief phone or in-person pre-interview to check fluency and receive approval.
• Member participation is up to the sole discretion of group leaders and any inappropriate speech or actions will result in banning.

Please note: While not strictly religious, groups may discuss Protestant Christianity-related topics!
