Deep Listening for the Winter Solstice...
Join Sonic Peace for a Deep Listening experience to celebrate the Winter Solstice 2025. Beginning with a sound walk, we’ll connect and listen to the sounds of nature to align with the seasons change, before moving indoors to the cosy, magical and sumptuous sonic surroundings of the Unitarian Church Hall. Here we’ll journey from movement to stillness, from light to dark and from sound to silence, immersing ourselves in quietude to honour a new moon and the shortest day of the year, through a series of listening, movement and dreaming practices, specially curated by Sonic Peace (Clare Brumby).
Come and harness the sonic power of connection, reflection and joy through this Winter Solstice wind down.
Places are limited. Light Refreshments will be provided.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing, bring any snacks you might need, water, a blanket, cushion or yoga mat and an open heart.
