Volunteers Needed - My Sonic Valentine Event

Volunteer Greeters – Sound Healing Enthusiasts Welcome
Do you love sound baths, meditation, nervous system healing, and gathering in meaningful community?

We’re inviting a small group of heart-forward volunteers to serve as greeters and space holders for My Sonic Valentine: Love Wrapped in Sound at Wende Museum.
This is not a typical event volunteer role.
You are part welcome committee, part calm presence, part energetic tone-setter.
You’ll help guests feel oriented, relaxed, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

### What you’ll experience

• Meet artists, facilitators, and fellow sound lovers
• Help create a beautiful, regulated arrival for hundreds of guests
• Feel the behind-the-scenes magic of how immersive experiences come to life
• Be in community with people who value healing, art, and connection

### What greeters do

• Welcome attendees with warmth and clarity
• Offer gentle direction to different activations and rooms
• Support flow in high-traffic areas
• Answer simple questions with kindness
• Help us maintain a peaceful, inclusive atmosphere
You are the nervous system bridge between the outside world and the sanctuary we are building together.

### Arrival details

Please plan to arrive early for a short orientation and settle into the energy of the space before doors open.
