Join Sophia on a holistic journey to rest, relaxation, and renewal!
About Your Guide: Sophia’s journey as a teacher began in academia, teaching college English and ESL. However, as the years went by, she noticed her students' mental health began to decline. More and more of the community she was serving was experiencing debilitating stress and anxiety. She wanted to do more and make a bigger impact. In 2020, she completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training and founded an online meditation and pranayama group. Since then, she’s taught vinyasa, yin, restorative, and hot yoga, blending mindful movement with sound healing instruments to create classes that feel both grounding and transformative. Moved by the heartfelt feedback from her students, Sophia launched a free meditation page on Insight Timer, offering accessible tools for healing and self-discovery. Today, Sonic Lotus Yoga serves as the culmination of her passion and spiritual awakening, the vessel that allows Sophia to deliver her yoga and sound bath offerings in order to support rest and healing for as many people as possible. Her work is fueled by a vision of a more connected, compassionate, and awakened world. Join her in class or explore her guided meditations to reconnect with yourself and the sacred rhythm within.

Tap Fever, Garnet, Pacific Beach, CA, USSunday Reset: Sound Bath for Deep Rest

📍Tap Fever Studios | Pacific Beach, San Diego✨Before Monday arrives, give yourself the gift of putting everything down. The tension in your body. The thoughts in your mind. And the emotions in your heart.
✨What You’ll Experience
We will begin with a short introduction to help you get settled. You will then be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments as you rest comfortably on your mat.✨The journey includes:
• Quartz crystal singing bowls

• Koshi chimes
• Tingsha bells
• Rainstick
• Handheld chimesEach sound is intentionally layered to support deep relaxation, emotional release, energetic clearing, and reconnection with your inner wisdom.
No two sound baths feel exactly the same. You may experience physical relaxation, vivid imagery, unexpected emotions, creative insight, peaceful stillness, or simply the relief of having nowhere else to be.✨This Is for You If…
