🌞 Celebrate the solstice and nourish your soul with an immersive journey led by Sophia and Chelsea. Come soften into nature, reconnect with your body, and receive the radiance of the sun at beautiful Kate Sessions Park in San Diego.

We’ll begin by rooting into the present moment and setting intentions for the season ahead.
🌬️ Calming Breathwork
Gentle breathing techniques will help settle the nervous system and clear mental clutter.
🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation
Drop into deeper awareness with a short meditation to create spaciousness in the mind.
🌿 Gentle Yoga Postures
Move through accessible, grounding shapes designed for all levels. Optional hands-on assists will support release and ease.
🔔 Sound Bath Integration
Sink into stillness and receive the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

📍 We’ll meet near the restrooms, on the upper grassy area with views of the ocean.

About the Teacher:

Sophia’s journey as a teacher began in 2020, when she completed her Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga training and founded a meditation group to help soothe the deep loneliness brought on by the pandemic. Since then, she’s taught Yin and Vinyasa at CorePower Yoga, blending mindful movement with sound healing instruments to create classes that feel both grounding and transformative. Moved by the heartfelt feedback from her students, Sophia launched a free meditation page on Insight Timer, offering accessible tools for healing and self-discovery. Her work is fueled by a vision of a more connected, compassionate, and awakened world.
