Under the vibrant New Moon in Leo, we gather to ignite our inner fire, awaken playful energy, and plant bold intentions from the heart. Leo teaches us to lead with courage, create with joy, and shine without apology. This ritual evening is designed to reconnect you to your creative spark through breath, movement, and sound.

– Intention Setting
Open the space with a grounding activity to set our intentions.
– Ecstatic Dance & Playful Yoga Flow
A joyful, expressive sequence designed to energize the body, inspire confidence, and invite movement from your inner child.
– Sound Bath
Sink into stillness while being held in a sea of soothing sound: crystal bowls, chimes, and group chanting to nurture and recalibrate.

• Water
• Journal or sketchpad (optional)
• Props or layers for comfort
• Comfortable clothing
• A sense of curiosity and courage to explore

About the Teacher:
Sophia’s journey as a teacher began in 2020, when she completed her Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga training and founded a meditation group to help soothe the deep loneliness brought on by the pandemic. Since then, she’s taught Yin and Vinyasa at CorePower Yoga, blending mindful movement with sound healing instruments to create classes that feel both grounding and transformative. Moved by the heartfelt feedback from her students, Sophia launched a free meditation page on Insight Timer, offering accessible tools for healing and self-discovery. Her work is fueled by a vision of a more connected, compassionate, and awakened world.
