Sketch & Sound Bath
Location: Tecolote Shores North (Overlooking Mission Bay)

This is a donation-based offering: $0-$15. Donations are always optional.

🌀 What to Expect:
– Introduction and grounding activity
– Free time to sketch and/or color
– A sound journey featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies.

🌿 What to Bring:
– A yoga mat or blanket
– Your art supplies to sketch and/or color
– Layers for comfort
– Water

We’ll gather near the grassy area of Tecolote Shores North, withbeautiful views of the bay.

✨ All are welcome—no prior experience needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling restored.

About the Teacher:
Sophia’s journey as a teacher began in 2020, when she completed her Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga training and founded a meditation group to help soothe the deep loneliness brought on by the pandemic. Since then, she’s taught Yin and Vinyasa at CorePower Yoga, blending mindful movement with sound healing instruments to create classes that feel both grounding and transformative. Moved by the heartfelt feedback from her students, Sophia launched a free meditation page on Insight Timer, offering accessible tools for healing and self-discovery. Her work is fueled by a vision of a more connected, compassionate, and awakened world.
