Free Outdoor Sound Bath & Gathering

🎶Free Community Sound Bath
Location: Tecolote Shores North (Overlooking Mission Bay)

This is a free offering to nourish our shared community through rest, presence, and energetic renewal.

🌀 What to Expect:
– Intention setting and grounding activity
– A sound journey featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies. Collective chanting.
– Space to lie down, relax, and receive

🌿 What to Bring:
– A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
– Optional pillow or eye cover
– Layers for warmth and comfort
– Water and an open heart

We’ll gather near the grassy area of Tecolote Shores North with beautiful views of the bay. Please understand this is a public space, and our exact location may alter a tiny bit to avoid crowds and families. Give yourself enough time to arrive, park, and make your way to the area.

About the Teacher:
Sophia’s journey as a teacher began in 2020, when she completed her Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga training and founded a meditation group to help soothe the deep loneliness brought on by the pandemic. Since then, she’s taught Yin and Vinyasa at CorePower Yoga, blending mindful movement with sound healing instruments to create classes that feel both grounding and transformative. Moved by the heartfelt feedback from her students, Sophia launched a free meditation page on Insight Timer, offering accessible tools for healing and self-discovery.
