About the Teacher:
Sophia’s journey as a teacher began in 2020, when she completed her Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga training and founded a meditation group to help soothe the deep loneliness brought on by the pandemic. Since then, she’s taught Yin and Vinyasa at CorePower Yoga, blending mindful movement with sound healing instruments to create classes that feel both grounding and transformative. Moved by the heartfelt feedback from her students, Sophia launched a free meditation page on Insight Timer, offering accessible tools for healing and self-discovery. Her work is fueled by a vision of a more connected, compassionate, and awakened world. Join her in class or explore her guided meditations to reconnect with yourself and the sacred rhythm within.
