Hello! Sonlight Health and Wellness is a community-based wellness center on Ralston Road in Arvada, Colorado. We offer massage therapy, health coaching, personal training, group exercise, hikes, Qigong and Yoga. We love movement, nourishing mind and body, and making meaningful connections.
This meetup group is our free, community-based platform where we will be holding Yoga and Qigong classes, nutrition and wellness events, hikes, and more.
Our vision is to create a safe, fun and supportive community of like-minded wellness enthusiasts where people can discover new and fun ways to become healthier and happier versions of themselves. One of our pillars is "connection", and we do that through developing positive and supportive relationships with each other. Come join us!
