Serve your Fit: An Upcycled Fashion Class for High School Teens and Young Adults
Sonoma Community Center, 276 E Napa St, Sonoma, CA, USWhy buy fast fashion when you can outsmart it? In this class, we raid the thrift racks and flip forgotten fits into one-of-a-kind streetwear and runway-ready looks in Serve Your ‘Fit, a six-week upcycling fashion class. Learn how to cut, stitch, patch, and hack your clothes into bold statements that are 100% you – and 0% sweatshop. Each session focuses on hands-on techniques – like mending, deconstructing, and reimagining – to give discarded clothing a second life.
No experience? No problem. This class is about experimentation, personal style, and learning to see fashion through a sustainable lens.
We’ll wrap it all up with an optional mini fashion show (for friends and family), where you’ll showcase your upcycled creations and serve your final ‘fit with pride.
