•OnlineQuit Lit Book Club - December 2025
OnlineHello!
Join the free Alcohol Freedom Book Club and find your calm before the holiday chaos hits.
Curious? I’ve got the full scoop just ahead. ⬇️
🧡 First, here's an inspiration and something to share from the alcohol-free community:
I hear this all the time... My favorite 'Quit Lit' book is the mother ship of them all and obvious choice 'This Naked Mind' by Annie Grace because I didn't feel alone after reading the first sentence of the preface... "3:33 a.m. I wake up at the same time every night."
I thought I was the only one....
And this is exactly why I created a free book club and community, starting TODAY, Tuesday, December 2nd at 5:30pm PST on ZOOM.
🧡 Here’s what I want you to know — and trust — before the Book Club starts:
1️⃣ You are not behind.
So many think they “should have figured this out by now.”
Nope. You're right on time. Your timing is perfect.
You do not need to be alcohol-free to join. *
This space is for those who are curious, questioning, experimenting…
and wanting more for themselves.
Curiosity is enough. You are enough.
* And/or you can be alcohol-free and join the book club as a refresher!
3️⃣ You won't be judged. Ever.
Everyone here has a story.
You are walking into a judgement-free room.
4️⃣ You will feel seen — maybe for the first time.
The whole point of this book club is to give you clarity, compassion, and community.
You do not have to do this alone anymore.
5️⃣ You will leave each session with a shift.
A tool.
A reframe.
A piece of hope you didn’t have before.
You will feel better after. Always.
Your future self is already thanking you...
... this version of you and whispering:
“Thank you for saying yes. That moment changed everything.”
This Book Club is your first easy yes.
Your first step toward clarity instead of chaos.
Peace instead of panic.
Connection instead of white-knuckling alone.
Here’s why this matters to YOU:
You’ll get support that costs you nothing — except showing up for yourself.
You’ll get awareness tools that make cravings smaller and YOU bigger.
You’ll get community— those who get it, who get YOU, and won’t judge.
You’ll get momentum heading into the holidays instead of losing yourself in them.
You’ll get clarity on your relationship with alcohol… and what life could look like without the daily mental drama.
This isn’t about quitting right this second.
It’s about getting honest, getting curious, and getting support — for FREE.
We start Tuesday, Dec. 2nd at 5:30pm PST. We will be reading This Naked Mind. Join the Book Club Here
I can't wait to meet you. 🧡 Coach Ruby2 attendees
