🧡 Is Sober September for you? Paid Event

Hi Friend,

I wanted to take the time to personally check in with you and see how you are doing. 🧡

Drinking can be so tricky. If you are like me, I was a work in progress and used alcohol to numb emotions for years and years. In fact, we just interviewed Ann Dowsett Johnston for the podcast, she is the author of Drink: The Intimate Relationships Between Women and Alcohol, and she said research suggests that it is often 12 years that women question their drinking before doing something about it! I think it was about 10 years for me. The last few years were pretty miserable and I'm hoping to help women realize they don't have to wait this long.

Maybe this is the season for you? If so, I have a women's group program that is designed to explore your drinking with curiosity over judgement. It's a 21 day reset called Feel Lit 21 starting on September first, that would be a great way to get started. We have a lovely group of women signed up, small, and you would fit right in. 👯‍♀️

I want you to know that in this program... you don't have to stop drinking tomorrow... you can get curious, try mindful drinking, and start to learn... you get to choose when and if you want to take a break. Don't overthink it. This can be your first step to living "unfogged", feeling better, and having more energy.
