I’m inviting local women to experience the joy, play, and community of cold water together.

I've been cold plunging every Sunday for 4 years!! Come join! We call ourselves POP (Pacific Ocean Plungers) mermaids. 🧜‍♀️

This is not about:
-How long you stay in
-How cold the water is
-Proving anything to anyone

This is about:
😊 Smiling and laughing together
😊 Meeting your own “I hate the cold” story and gently testing it
😊 Feeling proud of your body, exactly as it is, in a bathing suit
😊 Remembering that we are better in community
