Beautiful BC Photo Contest!!!

Winners will be announced on Aug. 4th during the BC Day Celebrations:

### Eligibility

• Open to all residents of British Columbia.
• Entrants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

### Submission Guidelines

• Submit as many photos as you like — there is no limit!
• Photos must be taken in British Columbia.
• High-resolution images are preferred.
• Both color and black-and-white photos are accepted.
• Entries must be original work and must not infringe on any copyright or third-party rights.
• By entering, you grant the BC Day Festival, Destination BC, Tourism BC, KFN and Sony Canada the right to use your photos for promotional and marketing purposes (with photographer credit).

### How to Enter

• Upload your photos via our website.
• Include your full name, contact information, location where the photo was taken, and a brief caption or story behind the image.

### Judging

Photos will be reviewed by a panel of judges from

• Kwikwetlem First Nation
• Destination BC
• Tourism BC
• Sony Canada

Judging criteria includes:

• Creativity and originality
• Composition and technical quality
• Overall impact
• Connection to the spirit and beauty of British Columbia

### Prizes

Winning photos will be showcased during the BC Day Festival and featured on our website and social media. Grand Prize of a Sony Camera and additional prizes, including Sony Canada gear, will be awarded to top entries.

### Deadlines

• Contest opens: June 1, 2025
• Final submission deadline: July 31, 2025
• Winners announced: During the BC Day Festival on August 4, 2025

### Additional Terms

• No purchase necessary to enter.
• Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material without permission will be disqualified.
• BC Day Festival reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
