Sool Blind tasting in Seoul

Our blind tasting is a chance to explore Korean traditional alcohol, known as Sool, from different regions and discover what you genuinely enjoy.

We’d love to invite you to a special tasting experience where we share not only the drinks themselves, but also the stories behind the breweries and the people who make them.

You’ll get to try a range of Sool, take your time tasting them, and find the ones that truly match your palate.

The session is divided into two parts. In each session, you’ll taste a selection of traditional Korean liquors paired with Korean dishes, all served completely blind.
You try each drink without knowing what it is, and you’re given a tasting sheet to track your notes and impressions along the way.

At the end of each session, we reveal the drinks one by one. Most people end up being surprised by what they like.

We bring in these liquors directly from regional breweries. Many of them are really hard to find in Seoul, so it’s a rare chance to try them in one place.
