It has been on an agile transformation for 10 years.
This is a sub-story, within that narrative, of the unexpected journey that LCMS Informatics began around 18 months ago. It will be my pleasure to share with you our journey so far - from Submarines to Value Streams, Metrics to Cult Movies, all of it has contributed, guided and encouraged us to embrace experimentation and learning to improve and evolve our ways of working and ability to deliver better value, sooner, safer, happier.

I have had the privilege to serve as Director of LCMS Informatics Product Owners within Waters for the past 18 months. Before that I was a Business Analyst and Developer at Waters, with a degree in Human Anatomy! Who could have predicted those things would lead me to an interest and appetite for better ways of working and optimising how we deliver Value?
