Martin Foster - Team-Centric Organizational Designer, Principal Consultant at TeamForm, and co-author of the Business Agility Report
I am a driven organizational structure and delivery expert, dedicated to seeing alignment of people to outcomes. I achieve this by setting up teaming structures at scale with the capabilities they need to succeed, providing them with clarity of their objectives, and building clear linkage to the value they deliver.

Having come from an engineering background, my approach combines a deep understanding of data-driven decision making with keen insight into organizational dynamics, resulting in transformative changes that enhance both agility and operational performance.

I lead the discourse on agile practices globally through by co-authorship of the Business Agility Report, co-hosting the Melbourne Business Agility Meetup, and a Sooner Safer Happier community advocate. This community development and engagement ensures that I’m across the latest knowledge and practices.
