What we’re about
This group is about the Internet of Things (IoT) and how to maximise business success. It's dedicated to IoT developers, business owners, influencers and decision-makers from start-ups to SME's over bluechip companies but students and academical fellow friends are also welcome. It's particularly helpful for companies either creating, selling or buying IoT hardware devices incorporating mobile connectivity technologies linked with either standard plug-in SIM or embedded eSIM technologies for global market needs.
Our aim during the events is to share knowledge:
- selecting the right hardware components, whether these are SIM cards (SIM, eSIM, eUICC...), cellular modules, gateways etc...while understanding the pros and cons for your specific business need.
- selecting the right connectivity technology, whether these are 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IoT, LTE-M1, Satellite, Mesh, LPWAN etc...while understanding the pros and cons for your specific business need.
- selecting the right connectivity providers, whether these are local mobile network operators (MNOs), virtual network operators (MVNOs), Group Operators, Mobile Network Alliances etc...while understanding the pros and cons for your specific business need.
During the events, our aim is also to share info about various global IoT use cases and provide growth opportunities.
