LEARNING REAL MEDITATION FROM THE BEGINNING
The eight week Proven Steps to Meditation Course will guide you through Three Basic Stages of learning meditation:

  1. Let everything become still and silent.
  2. Concentrate on one thing without forgetting what you are doing.
  3. Visualize a scene, and hold that image without reacting to it, or being distracted.

Master these three steps, and you will know how to meditate on anything, to get information that your senses and your mind cannot access.
Each week will offer a short teaching followed by meditation and Q&A. Each participant will keep a Spiritual Diary for personal development.

STARTING DATES AND TIME

  • Sunday, April 6 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

This is an eight week commitment and class size will be small, so sign up and reserve your spot! A suggested donation of $80 will be appreciated!

Reservations are required, see SignUp Form. Please consider donating. A $80 donation is suggested in order maintain our beautiful temple.
We have no paid staff, all are volunteers and sacrifice their time to help you and others on this path. We also find that those who donate benefit from making a commitment to attend all the classes.
