About us

Improv is all about saying “yes” — saying yes to ideas, creativity, connection, and the unexpected. It’s a space where stories are built together, where mistakes become opportunities, and where everyone contributes something unique.
Improv is not only about performance; it’s also about personal growth. It helps build self-confidence, presence, communication skills, stage confidence, posture, voice, spontaneity, creativity, and trust in yourself. It teaches you to listen, react naturally, think on your feet, and feel more comfortable expressing yourself. Many people join not only to perform, but also to become more confident in everyday life, work situations, and social settings.
Our group welcomes everyone from complete beginners to more advanced improvisers. We have a wonderful community of regulars while always keeping space open for new people to join. Whether you want to try improv for the first time, meet new people, develop performance skills, or simply have fun and challenge yourself creatively, there is a place for you here.
We offer different packages so you can join in a way that fits your schedule and goals. Come create, play, grow, and be part of the community.
About Me
Hi, I’m Sophie, a professional actress and improv teacher. I trained at Rose Bruford in London and have been performing improv for five years and teaching for three years, working with both children and adults.
As a teacher, creating a welcoming, supportive, and open-minded space is at the heart of what I do. I believe the best creativity happens when people feel comfortable being themselves. Building community is incredibly important to me, and I love bringing people together through play, storytelling, and shared experiences.
My classes are designed to encourage confidence, curiosity, and connection — whether you are stepping onto a stage for the first time or already have experience and want to continue growing.
