## Somatic Social Club: The Body-First Practice Lab

Technology is hyper-connected. Humans are increasingly alienated. As AI and algorithms take over logical processing, the only true competitive advantage left for leaders, founders, and creators is human presence, intuition, and somatic regulation.
Most professional development happens from the neck up. But leadership isn’t a thought process, it’s a physical state. If your nervous system is stuck in "High-Functioning Freeze" or "Hustle-Hero" mode, your strategy will fail, no matter how smart your mindset is.

### What this is

Somatic Social Club is a recurring practice lab designed to close the gap between intellectual knowledge ("I know I should stay calm") and biological reality ("I actually am calm").
This is not a seminar room for more theory. It is a dojo for your Nervous System. We provide a high-frequency space where you can drop the professional mask and train your "Internal Operating System."

### The Practice

We meet for guided, high-impact sessions focused on:

  • Nervous System Reset: Clinical techniques to shift your biology from stress (Fight/Flight) to focus and Flow-State in minutes.
  • Embodied Communication: Learning how to set boundaries without being harsh and how to project authority without being loud.
  • Social Lab: Connection beyond small talk. We use group intelligence to explore how we show up, what triggers us, and how to stay regulated under pressure.

### Who is this for?

Entrepreneurs, executives, founders, and ambitious professionals who realize that "Mindset" alone isn't enough. It’s for those who are ready to stop thinking about leadership and start embodying it.

### Your Host

Marta Schafstall is a Body-Psychotherapist (M.A.) and expert for Somatic Leadership. She has worked with leaders at EY, Microsoft, and 22+ international organizations, helping them reconnect with the biological intelligence that drives high-level performance.
