1. MEDITATE on INTUITIVE INSIGHT, ORACLE CARD or CATALYST WORD. 6/12/21 we will do a CATALYST WORD or ORACLE CARD inspired from spirit through Laura for healing to happiness. (Time: 5 to 15 minutes).
2. CHAKRA HEALING to HAPPINESS.

• These exercises will help heal your soul by awakening your soul dialogue -Crown Chakra 7, intuition - Third Eye Chakra 6 and Expression - Throat Chakra 5. When you heal these chakras you live in alignment with your soul, which is soul abundance for manifestation!
• These Chakras act like triggers to heal the lower 4 Chakras too, so expect an overall shift over time, creating a healing to happiness for your abundance.
• HOW TO BECOME MORE CONSCIOUSLY AWARE. This article explains the background to this healing concept.

3. SHARING & MESSAGES. (Time: rest of the hour)

• Sharing. Time allowing, you participate by sharing what you got for the soul abundance exercise. In turn you will be given a message from spirit (video on), unless you do not want one (video off).
• Messages: Laura will deliver those messages spirit sends to her psychic awareness including life, otherside, health, etc. (Attendees can add to these messages for themselves or others as inspired. )
• Messages not guaranteed. Not everyone is guaranteed a message that attends. This is determined by spirit and time allowing.
