Soul & Sip Book Club - Fourth Gathering

Book: Let Them by Mel Robbins

We’re excited to invite you to our fourth Soul & Sip gathering! In Let Them Theory, Mel Robbins introduces a powerful mindset shift: letting go of what we can’t control—other people’s opinions, actions, and expectations—and focusing instead on our own peace, boundaries, and personal power. This simple yet transformative approach invites us to release resistance, reduce stress, and live more freely and authentically.

What to Expect
Our evening will be cozy, engaging, and heart-centered. Together, we’ll:
✨ reconnect and welcome new faces
✨ explore themes from Let Them Theory
✨ share reflections, insights, and personal experiences
✨ discuss ways to release control and reclaim personal peace
✨ sip something comforting while enjoying community
Expect thoughtful discussion + relatable stories + laughter + grounding, empowering vibes.

Agenda (Approx. 1.5 Hours)
7:00–7:10 — Arrivals, welcome, and settle in
7:10–7:25 — Check-in & icebreaker (share a moment where “letting them” felt hard or freeing)
7:25–8:05 — Book discussion & guided reflection prompts
8:05–8:20 — Key takeaways, boundaries, and practices to try in daily life
8:20–8:30 — Announcements, next book, and host rotation

Discussion Themes We'll Explore
1. What situations in your life feel hardest to “let them” right now?
2. How does trying to control others impact your energy, mood, or relationships?
3. What fears come up when you think about letting go of control?
4. Where in your life could “let me” (refocusing on yourself) create more peace or clarity?
5. How can this mindset shift change the way you show up in relationships or conflict?

You don’t need to have read every page — come ready to engage, share, or simply listen.
