This session is all about connection, self-reflection, and shared growth, and everyone is welcome — whether you’re a returning member or joining for the first time. no pressure, no perfection, just book-loving humans coming together.

What to Expect

Our evening will be cozy, engaging, and heart-centered. Together, we’ll:

7:00–7:10 — Arrivals, welcome, and settle in
7:10–7:25 — Check-in & icebreaker (share a personal reflection inspired by the book)
7:25–8:05 — Book discussion & guided reflection prompts
8:05–8:20 — Key takeaways, practices, and reflections to try at home
8:20–8:30 — Announcements, next book, and host rotation

Discussion Themes We'll Explore

  • What moments in the book felt most relatable or challenging?
  • How do we embrace vulnerability while maintaining personal boundaries?
  • Which passages or reflections sparked insight or emotional resonance?
  • How can we practice self-compassion and presence during difficult experiences?
  • What transformations are possible when we “fall open” in life?

You don’t need to have read every page — come ready to engage, share, or simply listen.
