7:25–8:05 — Book discussion & guided reflection prompts
8:05–8:20 — Key takeaways, personal insights, and practices to try
8:20–8:30 — Announcements, next book, and host rotation

  • Which stories or passages resonated most with your personal journey?
  • How can we reconnect with our instinctual, “wild” self in daily life?
  • What lessons can we take from the book to cultivate creativity, resilience, or authenticity?

No preparation is required — just bring your curiosity, openness, and willingness to share or listen.
