We’re thrilled to invite you to our third Soul & Sip gathering! This month, we’ll explore Atlas of the Heart, a deeply insightful book that maps the language of human emotions and connection, helping us understand ourselves and each other more fully.
Whether this is your first meeting or you’ve been with us from the start, this session is about community, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

What to Expect

Our evening will be warm, engaging, and interactive. Together, we’ll:

Agenda (Approx 1.5 Hours)

7:00–7:10 — Arrivals, welcome, get settled
7:10–7:25 — Check-in & icebreaker (share a recent emotional insight or experience)
7:25–8:05 — Book discussion & reflection prompts
8:05–8:20 — Takeaways + practices to try in daily life
8:20–8:30 — Announcements, next book, and host rotation

Discussion Themes We'll Explore

  • Which emotions or emotional experiences felt most familiar or surprising?
  • How can understanding and naming our feelings improve our relationships?
  • Which passages or insights resonated most with your personal journey?
  • How can we practice empathy and vulnerability in daily life?
  • What tools or reflections from the book can support growth and self-awareness?

You don’t need to have read every page — just come ready to engage, share, or listen.

✔ Your favorite drink to sip (tea, coffee, sparkling water, or wine!)
