Do you sometimes feel like you’re just functioning – while something inside you feels lost? Maybe there’s a quiet sadness you can’t quite name. Maybe you feel a restlessness, an inner pressure that whispers: Something wants to be seen.

And maybe you sense: Beneath all the noise in your mind a powerful force waiting to rise.

Many women know this feeling: Life looks fine on the outside, but inside, there’s a silent heaviness. Often, underneath that sadness lies a strength that’s been held back for too long – anger, clarity, the ability to act.

⭕ In this circle, that energy is welcome. It’s a space where it can be felt and heard deeply – so that you can begin to reclaim it for yourself.
The days around the summer solstice mark a turning point in the year. A time that invites you to pause and ask:

What needs to be released?
And what wants to reignite within you?

On this evening, we’ll gather in a protected circle out in nature – a space to reconnect with yourself. In connection with the earth, the light, the other women – and with yourself.

• Sharing & circle conversation
• Simple rituals

Please bring: something to sit on, warm clothes, mosquito protection, journal, water bottle, and – if you like – a small object for our shared altar.
