Women's Coaching Circle 💔 Breaking Contact – When Letting Go Hurts

Sometimes, creating distance from someone we love or someone we are related to is one of the hardest decisions we ever make. Whether the relationship is with a parent, an adult child, a sibling, a partner, or a close friend, the emotions that follow can feel overwhelming. Grief, relief, sadness, guilt, anger, and uncertainty often exist side by side.

This Women's Coaching Circle is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find comfort in the presence of women who truly understand. You are invited into a safe and nurturing space where every emotion is welcome and every story is honored.

🌞 About the Spaceholder
This circle is guided by Isabel, a holistic mindfulness and life coach with many years of experience supporting individuals and groups through life transitions. Her approach is grounded, trauma-aware, and practical. Isabel combines mindfulness, emotional awareness, and coaching tools to help her clients gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, and move forward with intention and presence.
