Resourcing & Connecting in Sorrento Valley

This is a rough time for all of us right now. I am so grateful for having community where we can come together for mutual support, discovery, and healing.

This weekend, we will gather again to explore Soul Constellations on Saturday November 16th at 1pm. Our focus will be Resourcing & Connecting. This event is in person in Sorrento Valley. (Address will be provided with registration confirmation.)​

When facing difficult times, the first thing we benefit from doing is bringing in resources and deepening connections. We need resourcing in order to get back in our bodies, breathe again, and feel capable to handle what's in front of us.

Getting information via a Constellation allows us a bit of distance from overanalyzing and also puts us more in tune with our other ways of intuitive knowing. If you've been feeling stuck and lost for answers, a Constellation will often shed light on the issue.

Here are some questions you might explore at this month's workshop:

• How can I connect with the resources that are present for me?
• What may be blocking my natural power?
• How can I reclaim trust and open myself to receiving support?
