Yoga in Hyde Park for people seeking real connection - movement, presence, eye contact and trust beyond words.
This is a gentle open-air partner yoga experience for people who want to feel more connected - to themselves, to others, and to real human presence in a city where meaningful connection is often missing.
Not a fitness class.
Not speed dating.
Not about perfect yoga poses.
Through simple partner yoga practices, eye contact, breathing, balance and movement, we explore how trust, openness, support and connection naturally appear between people. It` s a true soul date that makes you see the Universe in the stranger eyes. Or your own reflection.
💛 No yoga experience required. Just you. And you can smile. Just presence, movement, contact, and a little courage to meet another human being beyond words.

The practice is based on the Sacred Yoga system created by Ivan Petkanych and facilitated by trained practitioners in yoga therapy, psychotherapy, and transformational group work.
🫶 Trauma-aware & safe space.
⏱️ Time: Saturdays, 12 pm (please, arrive on time for us to head to the practice spot inside of the park at 12.10)

Marlborough Gate which is directly opposite of the Lancaster Gate Underground Station (Central Line) or 10 mins walk from Paddington
