  • set aside uninterrupted time (no distractions)
  • use high-quality headphones for the best sound experience
  • join from a laptop if possible (phone works, but audio quality may vary)
  • create a comfortable space where you can sit or lie down
  • have a pillow, blanket or anything that helps you fully relax
