DRUMS:
Soul Drum Circles are designed to be completely beginner-friendly and require no musical knowledge to jump right in.
You are Welcome to Bring Your Own Native Hand Drum,
OR I Will Have 15 Remo Festival Tubanos and Djembe Drums For Your Use, as well as other percussive selections if anyone wants to try different sounds.
$20 Cash Per Event (This is my sole business. I appreciate the support as I rent this studio space.) Exact Cash only at the event please.
Transformational Drum Circles combine research-supported music and wellness methods with collaborative rhythmic music-making.
Group music making in a Transformational Drum Circle offers people:
- Powerful and natural ways to shift from an undesirable state like stress into relaxation.
- Boost the moods
- Opportunities for connection and common ground in which to engage with one another.
- Ways for people to gather and express their own music through rhythm.
Drumming with others is not a new practice:
In fact, it’s one of the oldest practices on the planet that people have used worldwide for millennia to connect, heal, learn and celebrate.
Transformational Drum Circles are an extension of this age-old tradition.
Transformational Drum Circle music:
- Spontaneous free-form jams.
- Highly defined collection of traditional rhythms.
- Musical meditations, or something in between.
Helps People:
- Access deeper self-awareness,
- Initiate connections,
- Spark friendships
- Develop understanding and tolerance among people in communities everywhere.

Group Drumming
Ends with a segment of meditative drumming to wrap up the session.
