Hello! My name is Leah Lynn, and I am the owner of Soul Factory OC located in Laguna Hills. Our boutique studio is a hidden gem for the soulful arts such as yoga, dance, and all things energy healing.

As a passionate advocate for the art of dance, I am passionate about holding a welcoming space for former dancers and dance enthusiasts. Whether you have dance experience or not, you’re invited to join our vibrant community!

At Soul Factory OC, our flagship class, GROOVE THERAPY, is designed to help you reconnect with your joy through movement.

🙆🏼Fun isolation and stretching warm- with playful somatic release exercises.
🎶 Set to an energetic mix of soul pop, hip-hop, and disco.
🕺🏻Follow-along grooves and the chance to create your own dances.
💫Creative Dance Prompts to foster group connection & unleash your creativity in a joyful, healing environment.

🌟In addition to our classes, we proudly present the “Soul Squad” our performance outlet. This team offers a wonderful opportunity for those looking to rediscover the joy of dance and performance while being part of a supportive community. Our current squad ranges in age from 16 to 79!!
