Free Yourself by Letting Go - Meditation

Have you ever found yourself going over a conversation again and again wishing that you had said things differently or in a better way?

Perhaps you wondered how things would have turned out if you had made different choices or decisions?

We have all been in situations or had experiences where we made mistakes but the key to being able to move on is to realize what we could learn from that experience. We need to be kind towards ourselves when looking at the experience for what we could learn.

Once we have learned the lesson, then we can let the experience go. We can forgive ourselves so we don't repeat the same mistakes.

According to quantum physics, each of us has a vibrational field containing information, energy and matter. Within our vibrational field we can have either positive or negative messages within our information, energy and matter.

Every experience that we have had and everyone whom we have met has a message in our vibrational field. When we have had an experience, we have a quantum entanglement with the experience that could be either positive or negative.

Once we are able to forgive ourselves for our role in a situation or experience, we can transform any negative messages to positive messages. We can then let the situation or experience go.

When we do let it go, we have freed up our information, energy and matter to create something new.
