As the wheel of the year turns and the longest night opens into returning light, we gather for a peaceful and restorative Winter Solstice Sound Bath. It’s a moment to pause, breathe, and open to renewal.
This Solstice gateway is especially potent this year, aligned with the Sagittarius New Moon (a window for intention-setting) and a rare close approach of interstellar object 3iAtlas… a cosmic reminder that we are part of something much larger than ourselves.
Through guided relaxation and the enveloping sounds of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and harmonic frequencies, you are invited to unwind your nervous system, release the past cycle, and cross into the light of the new season with clarity and spaciousness.
