Ancestral Memory: A Journey to the Root of Who You Are

Each person is rooted in a lineage, a living history that influences their values, perspectives, relationships, and more. What if we worked with ancestral memory as a foundational part of human learning and growth? This workshop explores how our inherited stories, cultural patterns, and generational wisdom can serve as a foundation for identity and connection. Using AI as a reflective partner, participants will engage four layers of memory across time to uncover deeper insights into who we are, how we learn, and how honoring the past can shape a more resilient and connected future.
